CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both parties while protecting the time and resources we commit to your event.

1. Cancellation Notice

All cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to Socarrat.

The date we receive your cancellation notice will determine the applicable refund as per the policy below.

2. Refund Policy

The £5pp deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after the 72 hours before the event your balance is non-refundable. 

3. Force Majeure

If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule the event at no additional cost or provide a refund minus any non-recoverable expenses.

4. Special Considerations

In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to negotiate alternative terms on a case-by-case basis. Please don’t hesitate to discuss any concerns with us.

OUR PAYMENT TERMS

1. Booking deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £5pp will be required to secure the date. Balance payment won’t be required until 72 hours before your event unless it’s a last-minute booking, in which case full payment should be made up front.

2. Last minute alterations

If the number of your guests reduces, we might have to change our quote
