Paella is a simple dish but it has to be right. The right rice, the right sofrito, the right method. And of course, el socarrat - that layer of rice on the bottom of the pan that sings as it crisps and caramelises towards the end of the cooking. What better name for a business centred around a passion for paella.

I work hard to tailor each dish I make to suit your tastes. With a range of fresh ingredients to choose from, you can select whichever option you’d prefer from our standard menu, or request a custom dish.

A mix of shellfish and fish cooked the same as a aella but with pasta instead of rice

Vegana (v)

The middle eastern dish mejadra, cooked a la paella with rice, lentils, spices and fried onions. Not even vaguely authentic but really delicious.
